  Sales team was awesome as were the people in the design centre. However, the delivery of the product is AWFUL. The foundation was dug in December and our closing date was moved three times and is now October 6th, which is what they agreed to after us fighting the October 20th date. As of June the majority of the house was complete, tile, trim, paint cabinets etc.. when i enquired as to why this would take so long when the industry average is 120 for completion I simply was told that's the time they needed. There was a trade strike that lasted 45 days, but the work of the trades who were striking actually was completed. It has been a very frustrating process with little to no resolution. I would not recommend buying from them. Try Losani or Branthaven. They are wonderful.
