- Aravind Raman Added 2017-06-26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would certainly give 0 stars if that were possible. I was greeted after 10 minutes of waiting while the teller gossiped with coworkers in the back. I went there to pick up a few cheque leafs and was informed that the only place that can provide cheques are my home branch (located in a different city now that I had moved) - which makes no sense what so ever!! Banks work and rely on having a strong client list which is proportional to customer service - I urge HSBC to pay a little more attention.
