  They almost never answer the phone when I call. I left a message for an appointment and never got a call back. I spoke with the manager and she was surprisingly dismissive and told me use their email. Other H&S locations were not like this.

  Every time I book a massage therapy treatment at the Oakville Hand & Stone, I have had a wonderful experience. Most recently, I was left in the capable hands of Toni, one of my favourite therapists at this location. She made sure to ask if there were any spots on my back I wanted her to focus on, and she is great at listening to her clients. I recommend this Hand & Stone location to anyone I know looking for high quality massage and facial treatments. I always feel welcomed when I walk through the door, and can't wait to go back.
