  The very best place in Oakville for professional sharpening of figure skates!! You will pay a bit more than your local hardware store but the owner can customize to your EXACT needs as a skater. Also very professional service. Highly recommend!!! Be forewarned the parking is nasty! Pay close attention to signs! There are only 3 Visitor parking spots or it is PAID PARKING.

  Valeri helped my boyfriend where others could not. I He fitted my boyfriend with a new pair of Jackson skates for a very reasonable price and worked with him very patiently in a few visits to punch out the skates in critical areas. He has a very wide foot that is half flat so there’s nothing that would fit without causing pain and through the adjustments it became perfect and he can enjoy skating and not have torture devices on the feet.
  
  I also was “overbooted” by other professional figure skate shops (got sold Jackson competitor with an very advanced blade when what I need is was a Elle or freestyle at most). It was extremely difficult for me to break in the skates because they are way too stiff for my skill level and it is very painful! Valeri observed my feet, the fitting, and helped to diagnose my issues with the skates. He came up a few different solutions and we ended up remold the existing skates I have. I did not have to spend a lot of money for new skates. My skates became a lot more comfortable after Valeri did his magical tricks on them.
