- M Smith Added 2017-07-17★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Dr. Boktor is actually a wonderful doctor. He is thorough and often will take you in on short notice which is so important with young babies. HOWEVER, ever since he moved his practice to West Oak Medical it has been disastrous. Their examination rooms are often not clean (dirty ear nozzle on the examination table, qtips on the floor). The staff are generally rude and often not well informed. I have waited (and am still waiting) for FOUR weeks for them to respond to inquiry from my insurance company. The fees from Boktor have gone up over 100% since he joined this clinic. On his own it was $10 for a doctors note and it is now $25 for the exact same note. Sadly, we are looking for a new doctor and all because of West Oak Medical. Too bad.....
